Tonight at midnight the passsionatley awaited movie adaptation of the hugely popular Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins will be released. This book has set a new “holds” record (over 850 this morning!) for a San Diego County Library book. We have ordered extra copies of not only the book but the audio book as well as well (with over 200 holds!) and we have made it a Hot Right Now selection for adult readers this month. We also have asked our patrons to donate their finished copies to the library in our SDCL’s Most Wanted Program, when you are done with reading it, share it with another!
